The UN organized the Durban Review Conference from April 20-24, 2009 in Geneva, with the aim of reviewing and evaluating the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Plan of Action (DDPA) adopted at the Durban Conference (WCAR) in 2001. IMADR made an oral intervention at the plenary session, issued a statement, and organized a side event on the theme of “discrimination based on work and descent.”
